  JS Properties is opperated by a horrible person, in my opinion, names Joyce Smotherman. She took advantage of my family and has still not returned my security deposit. This was after she refused to fix damage from a leak, which was a breach of our contract. She also forced me to have our dish washer fixed by a professional because her maintenance person did not know enough to fix it on his own, without reimbursing or thanking me. I will never do business with JS properties again.
